VIORA Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • No processing on weekends or holidays

Delivery Times

  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • EU Countries: 4-8 business days
  • Worldwide: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Address changes possible within 2 hours of order placement

Delivery Issues

  • Package not received after expected delivery time? Contact us immediately
  • For orders outside the Netherlands, customs duties may apply (customer responsibility)
  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect address will incur reshipping charges
